1:1 coaching
One-on-one sessions are confidential and practical. This is for you if you are in a transition, noticing recurring patterns, tired of overthinking, or ready to be more honest with yourself.
Group coaching
Group work offers shared perspective and reflection. There is no pressure to perform and no advice-giving culture. You learn by seeing patterns more clearly and practicing new choices in a supportive space.
