Life Coach in Palo Alto

"Honestly, I've mostly figured it out."

I've heard that a lot here. My street coaching started outside Whole Foods, with an orange sign and one question. It turned out some of the smartest people I've talked to were the ones who stopped. Optimized calendars, optimized careers, an answer for everything.

Ten minutes in, a different sentence usually showed up. The same conflict at work, on repeat. A decision they'd been sitting on for two years. The sense that all the optimizing hadn't actually changed anything.

That's the pattern I keep running into in Palo Alto: brilliant people who've solved every problem except the one that keeps coming back. It was never an intelligence problem. It's something installed early, running quietly, and you can't out-think what you can't see.

I'm Steffen Moessner, a life coach based in Menlo Park, a few minutes from here. I trained as an engineer, spent years in Silicon Valley companies, then became a coach. This is where my street coaching started, 250+ conversations and counting, mostly with engineers and tech professionals across Silicon Valley.

Thirty minutes, no script, no pitch. You tell me what keeps repeating, I tell you what pattern I hear.
